“Poulsbo’s loss is Bainbridge Island’s gain.
The city north of BI months ago decided not to host a troll made by Thomas Dambo, as it didn’t want to spend the money.
So BI will join West Seattle, Issaquah, Vashon Island, Ballard and Portland OR in hosting a troll, which promises to be an attraction for tourists and locals alike.”
